Honesty and Integrity matter most to me. It’s extremely important in our business for people to have confidence in you – to know that you will do the things you said you would do. I live my life by this code, and so does my team.

My family! I’m married to my high school sweetheart, with three wonderful sons, and three beautiful daughters-in-law. We have been blessed with 6 adorable grandchildren, and I’m grateful every day. Also, high on my list: good conversations, flowers and red wine on the dinner table, and fresh batteries in the garage door opener.

What’s the best part of your job?

Talking to clients! I’ve known many of them for over 20 years, and we’ve gone through some good times and rough times together. When I call to set an appointment, it’s comforting to hear their voices and talk about what matters most to them.

What matters most to you?

Time is a very precious commodity to me now that my daughter is getting ready to go off to college! I don’t like to waste it doing things that are unnecessary; I typically get straight to the point. It’s also why I like to make sure we have efficient systems in place that to serve our clients well.
